Client Fees for a Real Estate Agent
Our fees reflect the amount of time spent working with you and saving you taxes. Because we specialize in working with REALTORS®, we know the time we require for each service to provide the results you are hiring us for.
If this exceeds your current tax payment, consider the time your tax professional spends on your tax return and the potential overpayment of taxes each year by not having someone who gives your taxes the attention they deserve. Their fee plus lost tax savings is your real cost to compare to our fees.
If you are a real estate broker or not a REALTOR®, this will give you an idea of our fees, but your tax situation most likely will require more time and thus higher fees.

Typical Services to Every REALTOR:
246 - Quarterly Tax Service: Year-to-Date Tax Estimate, Preparation of Quarterly Estimated Tax Payment Vouchers and Related Phone Consult. (Per quarter service required: April, June, September & January. If you have no commissions for the quarter, no service required.)
1292 - Annual Tax Service: Consult, Assist and Prepare Your Income Statement (P&L) and Tax Deductions. (Excludes Bookkeeping Services)
628 - Additional Annual Fee for the Preparation of Form 1120S or Form 1065
784 - Preparation of Individual Income Tax Return (Typical fee and in addition to the above fees. Upfront estimate can be provided. Based on time required)

288 - Tax Consult for 1 Hour
296 - Monthly Bookkeeping Services
874 - Quarterly Bookkeeping Services
576 - LLC - S Corp Structure Set up, Including Filing EIN, Form 2553, Form W-9
244 - Payroll Set Up with ADP to Process Your Payroll
Additional fees you may pay to third parties if you elect these services:
60 - Approximate Monthly Fee to ADP for Payroll Services
35 - Approximate Monthly Fee to QuickBooks
